ULTIMATE PROCESSING AND BLOWING PERFORMANCE
No matter which FR model you choose, you get industry-leading New Holland processing efficiency. Large 10-inch (250-mm) processing rolls are 29.5 inches wide—the widest available. Wider rolls mean more crop can fit through the small gap for maximum capacity.

ENGINE

POWER DESIGNED FOR CONSTANT HIGH LOADS
The FR Forage Cruiser line benefits from productive FP Industrial Cursor 13, Cursor 16 and V20 engines. All feature ECOBlue™ HI-eSCR engine technology (except for the FR850) for Tier 4B compliance. The FR480 and FR550 use proven FPT Cursor 13 engines similar to those used in many dependable New Holland tractors and combines. These engines, however, have been specifically tuned to the constant high loads experienced during harvesting forage, and also have almost instantaneous transient response to handle sudden changes in loads without stopping or plugging.

PRECISION FARMING OPTIONS

INTELLIFILL™ AUTOMATIC SPOUT GUIDANCE SYSTEM
The award-winning IntelliFill spout guidance system is now available to automate truck or trailer filling. The tracking system built into IntelliFill uses a specialized 3D camera mounted under the spout to guide the crop flow into the trailer. The system can guide crop accurately into the trailer no matter the time of day, weather condition, and or trailer type. The NIR (near infra-red) sensors automatically detect the trailer edge and crop mound, allowing the system to work with almost any trailer or truck.

SERVICEABILITY

EASY SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE ACCESS
Self-supporting and fully-opening single-piece side shields guarantee full access to all drives and service points. A large work area makes cleaning the cooling package or checking the crop processor a snap. These additional features make maintenance simple:
• An easy-to-access automatic greasing system
• Centralized drain points for super fast and clean drainage when changing fluids
• Spout doors open easily to speed blockage clearing and wear liner replacement
• Removable wheel wells for excellent hydrostatic access
• A cleaner battery location at the back of the unit with electrical disconnect switch in the left-hand toolbox
• The bumper plate offers more available bumper height adjustments
